![]() | Scott Morris Originally from Indianapolis and PGA professional since 1980, Scott Morris teaches golf to adults and juniors as individuals or groups and is responsible for the planning and development of Junior Golf programs at Gray Eagle Golf Club, Ironwood Golf Club and Winding Ridge Golf Club. An accomplished player, most recently Morris qualified for the 2009 U.S. Senior Open at Crooked Stick in Carmel, Ind. He is a two-time Indiana Section Assistants champion, a two-time Pete Dye National Pro-Am champion and a 15-time Indiana Challenge Cup participant. Prior to joining Ironwood Golf Club, Morris was head PGA professional at Royal Highlands Golf Club in Knightstown, Ind., assistant golf professional at Harbour Trees Golf Club in Noblesville, Ind., and assistant golf professional at Brookshire Golf Club in Carmel, Ind. Today residing in Carmel, he graduated Lawrence Central High School in Indianapolis and attended both Depauw and Indiana universities. |
![]() | Butch Penry A former Indiana high school state champion, Butch Penry has been a Class A PGA professional since 1962. His long history in golf includes 29 years as head professional at Killbuck Golf Club and Meadowbrook Golf Club, both in Anderson. He also was head golf coach at Anderson University. A PGA life member, Penry is a former member of the board of directors of the PGA Indiana Section. Originally from Anderson, Ind., Penry graduated from Anderson High School and Anderson University. He lives in Anderson with wife Mary. |
